Dark Chocolate is a type of chocolate that contains cocoa solids, cocoa butter, and sugar, without any milk which are generally found in milk chocolates. The history of dark chocolates dates back to 3000 years and the first form of chocolates were dark chocolates only. It was around 1900 B.C. that it was presented as a beverage in Central & South America. Post that the Aztecs and Mayans used dark chocolates drink to be served for ceremonies and they also had medical properties. Over the years, researchers have been studying dark chocolates and concluded some really interesting benefits of it.
